I am the owner operater of "Patches & Pieces", a professional tailor/alteration shop located in my residence in Middleton.
I have a BA in Fashion Design and Business from Stephens College in Columbia Missouri.
I previously owned "Fashion Fittings" from 1983 to 2000 in Middleton.
We were a tailor shop, and also sold wearable art clothing and accessories. For several years, "Fashion Fittings" was voted "Best Of" by Madison Magazine.
Since the spring of 2000 I moved the shop to my home, and continue to provide quality alteration and tailoring services to numerous clientele.
I have machinery for leather, travel wear, knits and denim.
I am the 5th generation in the sewing business.
I served on the Fashion Design Board for MATC.
I also give children and adult private sewing lessons.
